pl24connect – The tailor-made custom application for authorised partslink24-dealers

The tailor-made custom application pl24connect is the perfect addition to partslink24 for authorised dealers. With critical new functions, pl24connect simplifies processing incoming partslink24 orders, thereby facilitating the processes in your car dealership.
Different functions are available to you as an authorised dealer depending on the variant you selected. You decide which variant you want during the installation.

pl24connect Basic comprises:

• Convenient order verification: By clicking on the ordered item, you see the image and text page that your customer used during the ordering process. This function makes it easier to check the order securely, so that parts can quickly be corrected or added.
• Access to all partslink24 catalogues: Benefit from the same level of information as an independent workshop and order genuine parts from foreign brands if required. Of course, you can also use the convenient VIN access to the partslink24 catalogues.
• Promotion management: pl24connect also gives you access to partslink24 promotion management with which you can create and manage campaigns and promotions.
• Send image and text pages function: Stimulate the sale of parts for your brand(s). With strategic purchase recommendations to your customers, you can generate additional business just by clicking a mouse.

pl24connect Advanced gives you access to the following functions:

• All pl24connect Basic functions
• Optimised order processing: Let the messenger function inform you as soon as a new partslink24 order is received. The new order is automatically available for processing in pl24connect.

The following functions are available with pl24connect Expert. This variant requires an active interface between your Dealer Management System (DMS) and pl24connect:

• All pl24connect Advanced functions
• Real-time stock information: Accelerate the ordering process by displaying your stock levels directly in partslink24 for the independent workshop customers that you select.
• Direct forwarding to your DMS: Save yourself from entering order information twice and have verified partslink24 orders forwarded directly to your DMS.
• Display purchasing prices for selected customers: When customer prices are displayed from the DMS, you no longer need to maintain them in the partslink24 discount manager.
