COMbox with pl24connect - Troubleshooting Guide

COMbox Section:
Step 1: COMbox is installed on the 24/7 system
Step 2: COMbox Settings can be opened
Step 3: Technical User was created
Step 4: Firewall ports are unblocked on the 24/7 system
Step 5: Order form folder(s) of the COMbox can be reached by pl24connect
Step 6: Brand was configured in COMbox
Step 7: Orders are downloaded automatically
Step 8: COMbox and Messenger can be updated
Step 9: An e-mail is sent when encountering technical problems
Step 10: An e-mail is sent on the escalation of unprocessed orders

pl24connect Section:
Step 11: pl24connect and Messenger were installed
Step 12: Credentials can be saved in pl24connect
Step 13: The tab "Catalogue" shows all brands for which the dealer is listed
Step 14: Button to link the Illustration-text-page is displayed in pl24connect
Step 15: The stock query in partslink24 is working
Step 16: Orders are shown promptly in pl24connect
Step 17: The tab "Order Management" shows all orders
Step 18: Orders show the necessary DMS information (stock, price, store, location, delivery)
Step 19: Jumping into the catalogue is possible
Step 20: Orders can be freely edited
Step 21: The order list shows all correct oders (LexCom interface only)
Step 22: pl24connect can be updated  

Messenger Section:
Step 23: Messenger finds a COMbox installation
Step 24: Messenger shows notification on order arrival
Step 25: Messenger sends e-mail on order arrival
Step 26: Messenger can be opened via pl24connect
